As we continue to expand, we’re constantly seeking out new locations to open our restaurants.

Real Estate Site Criteria

At Fourteen Foods, we believe that the location of our restaurants is crucial to our success. We’re looking for real estate that is easily accessible to our customers and located in areas with high visibility. Our restaurants need to be situated in locations with high traffic counts and close to other popular retail destinations, and schools, ball fields, churches, and other community organizations.

  • Minimum lot size: 36,019sf & 142’ Frontage 
  • Building size: 2,371 Square Feet 
  • Dedicated Parking: 42 Parking Spaces 
  • Drive-Thru: Required 5/6 Car stack between window & menu
  • Seating: 46
  • Traffic count Minimum: 20,000 Average Daily Traffic 
  • Residential Population: 12,500 + ( 5 minute drive-time) 
  • Local Employee Pool: 5,000 + ( 5 minute drive-Time) 

 

The Core 46:

  • Minimum lot size: 32,025sf & 142’ Frontage 
  • Building size: 2,207 Square Feet 
  • Dedicated Parking: 34 Parking Spaces 
  • Drive-Thru: Required 5/6 Car stack between window & menu
  • Seating: 46
  • Traffic count Minimum: 20,000 Average Daily Traffic 
  • Residential Population: 12,500 + ( 5 minute drive-time)
